Like most fathers, I of course love to take pictures of my own daughter. But already long before being a daddy myself, I have very much liked to photograph kids. To see the joy in their eyes, their playfulness, their innocence. It is fascinating to observe how they are open to the world, how they enjoy the little things life offers which we adults do not even pay attention to anymore.
